Clean instalation SQL database

I offer for OpenCart distributors & developers this extension for installation clean database.

Cleaned from the default values.

Keep all the country, zone, customer group, currency, weight, length, order&return statuses.

Do not stop to deletion of default values.

SQl is optimizer for America, USA, Europe and global World (are adapted zone, country and currency)
