Dropshipping shipping module

Hello experts,
For my OpenCart store v1.5.1.3 I have the following problem.
I have x number of products in stock and at a sale, customers can choose whether they want to pick the product or that it should be sent. To send in the Netherlands, I use the Dutch Post 1.5.1.x GB module and it works fine.

Now I have 2 other suppliers who are able to offer me a number of products using dropshipping to provide.
What I need for this is the following:

If a product's status is not in stock or in stock at supplier making a purchase the customer will choose at checkout from the shipping, opportunity of the supplier, namely free shipping (long shipping time) or send with DHL. And in case of shipping with DHL I want a different shipping price for each product to give which also depends on what the number of products ordered.

Do you know which module or modules can do this?
And if not, is there anyone who could make. And that may cost money.
