Updrade from 1.5.1.3 to 1.5.3.1 DB problems

I've been trying for quite some time to do the upgrade from 1.5.1.3 to 1.5.3.1 with no luck. I get the following errors and my store does not load (However I can enter administration with no issues).

Here are the errors

I found another user with the same issue and they suggested that the language code was not set correctly. However mine appears to be correct.

I upgraded via script.
