Tax is doing some strange things (PLEASE SEE PICTURE)

As you can see in the image, tax is showing up in the unit price, and total, but isn't showing up in the sub total or below, I have done a run through of a checkout, yet items still aren't having tax charged.

Anyone?
I really need this to be fixed
