How to disable input for calculating shipping costs

Hi
I'm using OC1.5.1.
I have only one fixed shipping fee. Now when a customer checks out his shopping cart with one or more product and clicks on ' Calculate shipping costs' he needs to fill in country, area and postal code. For me that's useless since I change a fixed fee regardless the area where the product needs to be shipped to. So I do not want these input fields to pop up.
How can I disable these input fields?

Log in to your admin, go to "Extensions->Order Totals", click the "Edit" link for "Shipping" and disable the shipping estimator.

How do you disable the Shipping Estimator in OpenCart 1.5.2.1 ?

I tried the above suggestion, unfortunately this did not disable the Shipping Estimator on the Shopping Cart Page. Any other suggestions?

im after a way to disable the Shipping Estimator on OpenCart 1.5.2.1 as there is an error with the disable buttons in order totals>shipping - please can someone help :)
