Landing page / root page

Based on this topic:

this should be integrated in the core so instead of the manual ID usage to use the $config->get('config_default_root_page') so to configure from the admin settings which page the merchant would like to start with and while we're at it, even perhaps registered customers / affiliates could select the root page from their account. If it's a guest, leave it to the common/home page as the root.
