[RELEASED] Multi Image Upload Manager (1.5.1.3 and 1.5.2+

This VQMod extension adds an enhanced image and file manager to the OpenCart 1.5.2+
system. NOTE: Also works with 1.5.1.3.1. The following features are provided in this version:

INCLUDES INSTALLATION SUPPORT if needed.

1. Multiple image upload.
2. Primary product image selection from the Image tab.
3. Drag and drop from your explorer to the file manager folder.
4. Drag and drop sorting of images for the product.
5. Existing image manager is intact and will continue to function.
6. FASTER than the built-in image manager.
7. Search by image name.
8. WILL NOT overwrite duplicate images names or throw errors. AUTOMATICALLY RENAMES duplicate uploaded files.
9. No file modifications necessary, with a very simple installation.
10. Email support provided to walk you through the install if needed.

This modification incorporates elFinder 2.0-rc1 as the file manager and with that,
supports the following features:

1. Multiple image/file upload.
2. File copying/moving with Drag & Drop support.
3. Quick file and directory rename (NOTE: product image links are not automatically updated)
4. Image resize, crop, and rotate.
5. Lightbox-preview.
6. Context menu operations.
7. Directory history retention when loading subsequent products.
