Order has items, Paypal receipt doesn't have some

This is the first time I've had this problem. I'm on Version 1.5.2.1.

I just received an order from my store. I go to the Order and then click on "Product" inside open cart, and it has

Sub-Total:: $7.00
Sub-Total: $15.00
Flat Rate:: $5.00
Free Shipping: $0.00
Total:: $12.00
Total: $15.00

If I go to Order Detail, the order total is $15. Under Shipping Details, the shipping is free shipping.

Not only that, but there is one item on this order..that when I go view it in the Paypal Receipt, is not there and apparently not paid for. The Paypal receipt is for $15.00. All of the items on this order (on my website) add up to $22. The item that is missing on the paypal receipt is $7.00, but the weird thing is -- this item.... is listed on my website for $7.80 and isn't on sale. I have Flat Rate shipping and Free Shipping as an option. Free shipping is available if you spend $15 or more.

I recently upgraded...and had a few problems doing this -- even though i was following all of the instructions. I thought I had fixed them, but apparently not. This is the first order I've received after the upgrade. I am going to verify with the customer, but I'm assuming the products she actually ordered are the ones on the Paypal receipt.

Also, I looked inside the database in PHPmyadmin, and looked under "Product." I then sorted by price, and I see one thing listed for $7.00 in my whole store..and it's a totally different product. So It's not in the product table.
