Adding a "Contact US" to payment options

Hi All,
Would it be easy to add a Contact Us to the payment options?
so shopper selecting Contact Us as a payment option?

I guess what i am asking for is how possible it is to make a pay by phone as an option.

you can disable prices in the store and disable checkout so they have to contact you. or just relink the "Checkout" button to the contact form with instructions about phone calls
