There's no problem with firefox. You likely have a missing closing tag or something somewhere
And showing us a corner of an image of IE doesn't show us anything. we need a real link.
But all in all... Opencart out of the box supports all browsers. If your customization broke it, then its the fault of your customizations.

hmmm, there is no problem with opera, chrome, even ie, (don't mention main frame dont fit right)..but, firefox has problems with modules (i think)...
so, for ie, all i need to edit stylesheet.css?

very simple look at the view source will show that your skype is the problem. You have:
but no closing comment tag.
Just add --> to the end of that before the <div> and you should be fine.
