Thanks for your reply tchemis. I set IE to accept all cookies and still get error. Same with Firefox...

Did a clean reinstall of everything and still get error! Is it our shared server?

When you did the reinstall did you use the same database? If you did try going into your database with phpmyadmin navigate to the session table, then click on browse.. Check all the entries and delete them. You should be getting random values for each user somehow this entry fails to expire or be removed.

Have not had anyone else post about this, the above should stop the errors, not sure if they will return.

Hmm, not sure if this is how it supposed to work or not, but I went ahead and deleted the entries in my database, cleared all data from my browser, went back logged in to the admin and received the same session id.

Yes, I also reinstalled all database tables. Deleted all entries from session table, but still get error and "Your shopping cart is empty!" when click on "Add to Cart" button. Don't get this error with the OpenCart demo store or other OpenCart shops. Is something wrong with our server or database settings?

RESOLVED! Error was being caused by a Doman Name Server discrepancy at our hosting company which was resolved once we set the correct DNS. Now we can appreciate the beautifully simple work of art that is OpenCart. Thank you.
