Pricing Sidebar - displays options based on price selected

Here's an example of a golf club with options:

Notice the pricing table in the right sidebar, if you click one of the linked prices, then that set of options is displayed. If you then change one of the options, then the product re-configures

If there is just one selection for a particular option, then it is displayed as just text, not a select box. (change it to left-hand to see it work)

Pretty neat too is the "condition of club" graphic which changes as well automatically

Would the be hard to implement in OC?
