Paypal Problem--help (OC.1.3.2)

Hi All,

Version OC 1.3.2
I got problem in payment using paypal. There are no any order record in Front Page "MY ORDER HISTORY" and admin page "ORDER" after customer paid through paypal. in fact, my Paypal has received the payment.

any idea?
