Options occasionally disappear from product

Occasionally, when I add a product to my cart, the options for that product (or sometimes a different product in the cart) disappear in the cart view. I haven't yet figured out how to repeat this bug in my cart--it seems to be intermittent. It seems to happen maybe %10 of the time that I add an item to the cart. I've attached an image to show what I'm talking about:



The first Beaded Cardigan in the cart should show options, like the third product in the cart does.

if you have a product saved in the cart and then you resave that product in the admin it will lose the options.
