Hi,
I'm using a template with a custom footer, which duplicates the built in "Information, Customer Support, Extras, My Account" columns in OpenCart. Can I 'hide' that region of my pages?
Quite happy to keep the very foot of the page showing the payment logos and 'Powered by OpenCart' its' the four column section above that which I need to remove.
Thanks,
Steve

Hi Steve
You can edit the tpl file, simply open
and edit that piece by piece until you remove what you want to. Please note, you should make a backup just to be safe
Kind regards
Jay
You can edit the tpl file, simply open
Code: Select all
/catalog/view/theme/your-theme-name/template/common/footer.php

Thanks Jay - I'll give it a try.
With all the lovely templates coming along forOC [that include custom footers] this feels like an admin-selectable option for the future. 'Show Information Footer: ENABLED / DISABLED'.
Regards,
Steve
