How to make the single order page with different options?

Hello.
I want to disable the cart and chekout process in opencart and create a single page for making an order.
The reason, I want to do that is because I want to sell a single service and not multiple products.

Is it possible to configure opencart to work in that way?

If you want to sell a single service, I would say a cart like opencart is overkill for you. I would look at using something like Wordpress with one of their sales plug ins instead.
