Hi all,

I have spent over 100 hours modifying OC 1.3.0 and have nailed out all bugs except for one, which is the %20%20%20%20%20 that displays in the SEO-Friendly URLs, after selecting a Category Page.

I am aware that 1.3.2 fixes this, but if I upgraded I'd lose so much of my custom work it just isn't possible for me to upgrade. Instead, I am looking for pointers on how to fix this problem manually.

I am experienced with PHP but still cannot find any changes in 1.3.2 that would fix this issue- so if Daniel or QPhoria could be so kind as to simply tell me which files to find the fix in, I'd be happy to manually patch it and even post a small how-to here so others in my situation won't be stuck.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Pagination class?

Do you mean the "System/Library/Pagination.php"?

If you could provide a path like the one above, that'd be fantastic.

Thanks again for the help!

Edit- I just checked out the Pagination class located in System/Library/Pagination.php and it is the exact same as the class found in OC 1.3.0... so, this must not be what you're referring to.

I've literally been trying to solve this all day and am completely clueless... even using diff-check programs, I am unable to find any differences between the code of 1.3.0 > 1.3.2 that would solve this issue.

Is it really that hard to let us know what you changed to fix this bug?

I've been waiting a week +

Daniel,

The system/library/pagination.php files are identical - there have been no changes to this file from 1.3.0 -> 1.3.2.

npws,

Have you tried just simply updating the seo_url.php files throughout your OpenCart installation. These are the only files that I see that have been updated that would directly be connected to your current issue.

Hi kdmp, thanks for the reply:

I have literally scoured through every file, Cntrl+F'ing (find tool) "seo" to try and locate the alterations.

At this point, I'm thinking the change might actually be within the Mod_Rewrite, or possibly even the database. But I've went through just about every physical file and have found nothing that helps at all.

Again, thanks very much for the reply, kdmp.

its to do with html entities.

I can;t remeber whch file I changed.

i recommend you use beyond compare to comapre the 2 versions. look at the library files.

I think its the url file or paganation file.

Hi Daniel,

I did a comparison and the only changes I saw were to the seo_url.php files.

Just wanted to post and say thanks to all who helped, as well as to post my final resolution:

The file that was modified, and included the fix, is:

"../catalog/model/tool/seo_url.php"

Simply replace the old file with the new and it works perfectly. No need for "manual patching", just a quick file swap.

Thanks again for the help!
