[vQmod] Fix downloading of files with spaces 1.5.x

This mod fixes the problem with downloading files that have spaces in the filename.

Without this mod the filename gets truncated at the first space

i.e.

filename with spaces.rar

when download becomes

filename

-

Affected files:
catalog/controller/account/download.php
admin/controller/sale/order.php

Hi does this still happen in the latest OpenCart version, and if so where do I put your XML file to implement this bug fix?
