Make Brands and Manufactuers consistent

Only a small thing but one less complication.

On the Home Page at the footer it says Brands.
Yet on Admin / Catalog the option says Manufacturers.

Imho they should both read the same
Either Brands or Manufacturers.

Its for newbies who may be looking for Brands or Manufactures.

And why should people have to edit their files.

Opencart should be consistent.

(I don't care myself as I only have one brand or manufacturer - me)
