Unable to get UPSP shipping to recoginize

Is the message that I continue to get when attempting to check out.
I have installed version 1.5.2 into a clean directory with Authorize.net AIM configured for payments.

I had read where the shipping module had to be set to Variable, so I have done that.... I am at a complete loss!

Just curious - are you trying to run it alongside UPS? My site http://www.bobogadget.com is new, and I noticed that I was unable to run both UPS and USPS shipping modules with success. When I removed one, the other worked just fine. I decided to stick with USPS because overall it was cheaper for most of my items.
