my own payment method

Hello, is it possible to define, to make my own payment method ?
if yes, how ?

- for example, I have a opencart system, set a 2 payment method : cash and payment on account

This method I can choose in step 5 in order procedure, it's OK ...

BUT I need another method for quatro payment (quatro module is not here ...

so I need only another radio button for my own payment method, I can name it "pay by quatro" ..

and user can select this option in payment procedure and for example (it's only my idea) - the text: "Payment by quatro" will be in order, maybe in Note, maybe in some place in order, maybe some new variable will be defined, I don't know.

I don't know If I describe my problem good, I hope yes ... in Slovak and Czech community - no one answered me

There was a tutorial elsewhere to create 'Cash on Pickup'. You merely copy the COD file, and rename to Cash on Pickup.
