Have you got a copy of the code? Is it a re-use of this module, and if so then have any changes been made? I'm just thinking that my code was under GPL, so any changes made can freely be distributed (and even sold) as long as you allow everyone else the same rights (which includes allowing the first person you sold it to to give away the source code to your changes).
