Pre Order/Add to Cart Button? Help?

Hi All,

I was wondering if there was a way for the store to change the add to cart button to the text pre order when an item is set to preorder or out of stock? So normal Items will be add to cart, and preorder/3-4 days would say preorder?

Another thing is there anyway for the grid view to be selected as the default view?
