Limit Payment Method to Shipping Method

Not to sure if this is a feature but here goes:

I need a module to be able to set the payment options for different shipping method:

As of now, I'm going to offer COD for store pickup only.

However, if i select postage, COD is still available and customers will be able to check out with that.

I hope to be able to change that.

Let me know if you guys can do it.
