Simple Cart

I'm looking for a website, script , program and or template (something I can use for)
Add to basket, adds items and totals it up.( or subtotals what ever you prefer)WITH NO SHIPPING, OR TAXES.NO CREDIT CARDS, PAY PAL Etc....

Then it gets customers Billing Address and Shipping Address, phone, fax and email.

Then it sends the Basket (or Order) and information to me at my email address.

When I get the Email: Then I can call customer and get other information, send products and invoice or get purchase order #.
Can I do this with one of your programs ?

ALL MY CUSTOMERS ARE TAX EXEMPT; AND DEAL WITH PURCHASE ORDERS AND OPEN ACCOUNTS.
I ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENT BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.

ANY IDEAS? help?

CAN YOU TAKE THE SHIPPING AND CREDIT CARD and TAX OPTIONS OFF ? And still have customers add and buy products and still sends order minus shipping, taxes? I mean will the whole system cart and shop still be working?

Also is there a way to make the stock infinity? I sell cheaper products in packs of 500,1000,2500, 5000, 10000 and up etc.?

I've seen the scripts for this but to much of a novice and to much trouble. Looking for something easier.
Or should I go with a line of code any suggestions

Also I added a product at the price or 0.22 cents each it came up like 48? (can't remember exactly }removed it since then. Why?

Yes you can. Turn off all the shipping modules except free shipping. Then turn off all the payment modules except check/money order. I believe you can not charge tax as well. You can also choose to not have the cart use the stock abilities. This is all just a matter of setting up the cart correctly.

The only thin I would recommend having someone develop for you is a purchase order checkout method. This would allow your customers to check out with a purchase order number as the payment method and it will be saved on the order. Maybe Qphoric or somebody has something already or you can hire somebody.


Regarding the price not being rite after you set it to .22 cents this may have to do with the price conversions for USD to other money formats. I know when i first installed my cart and changed the default money format to USD the prices were off because the currency rates were set for Europe or something. Whichever currency you are using change the value to 1 under configuration->localization->currency. Turn the others off or update the currency rates.
