No Way of Retrieving Password 1.5.1.3

Hi There

In need of some urgent help. When a customer tries to login and has forgot their password - they type in their email and press continue, to be greeted by: http://mydomain.co.uk/index.php?route=account/forgotten

And a blank screen!, on my other opencart installs it usually goes to a success screen with confirmation a new password has been sent via the submitted email.

Anyone that can help much appreciated

May be you can update the password in database.

Did the customer receive an email with the link?

If you are getting a blank scree, have you checked for errors in the error log?

They didn't get an email just a blank screen.
