Looks like you have hit the allowed memory_limit on your live server.
Workaround: Do it on a local server PC over which you have more control as regards PHP memory_limit configuration. The export your DB via PHPMyAdmin, import it to your remote server via PHPMyAdmin (except for the setting table). PHPMyAdmin DB import is more memory efficient.

Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig

I'm getting this error when trying to import my database now (after adding a few thousand more products)....

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 93 bytes) in /home/mikroweb/public_html/opm/system/PHPExcel/Classes/PHPExcel/Worksheet.php on line 961

Any way around this?

I have 4806 unique products and 10,132 product options in total...
Does this exceed the possible size of a shops database?
My Excel filesize is 7.5MB

Any help would be much appreciated!

I do understand this fix, but have never set up my site to work locally... havn't a clue how to do it, other than in theory...

Is it possible to do a fix without setting up my shop to run locally?

No, not at the moment.
