[1.5.2.2] Image Manager BLANK after upgrading to 1.5.2

Hi all, after i upgraded from 1.5.1.3 to 1.5.2, my Image Manager failed to work. It shows up as BLANK, not even the "images" on the left column

1) my image/data and image/cache are set to chmod -R 777
2) i downloaded all images on image/data and image/cache and made sure all are viewable.
3) When i click New Folder, nothing happens.

In the logs, every time i launch the image manager i have this:

Any help would be much appreciated, as i can't upload any images now! :(

Try to increase Memory in admin folder's php.ini memory_limit = 64M to 256M.

What's the difference between the OpenCart Templates and Prestashop Themes?

thanks for the reply! i've increase the mem_limit to 256M. Still showing up as blank on Image Manager. :(
