I know this has been a semi-popular topic and I read the thread on Quickbooks integration with Opencart. However, the only semi-workable solution so far is eCC by Webgility, which does not support variations and it requires a monthly subscription fee, which some clients do not like.

Is there a way to simply export product, customer, invoice/sales data to Quickbooks? I know I can export to a .csv file with the Export/Import Tool, but I do not know what format/columns are required for Quickbooks import. Does anyone have a solution or any advice on where to start to create a compatible Quickbooks import file from Opencart?

I have created a module that I think you can probably use for this. If you contact me via the contact page at http://opencart.hostjars.com I'll send you an example of the file it outputs and you can tell me whether it's compatible.

Documentation: OpenCart User Guide
Mods: Total Import PRO | CSV Import PRO | Ecom Tracking | Any Feed | Autosuggest | OpenCart CDN

Did you guys determine if this would work? We need to import at least the customer's names and addresses even if we can't bring in the order directly. I saw a mod but it only exports one order at a time which would take us just as long as typing it in.

Thanks

Hi Supra Twin Turbo,

Product variants is a complicated issue when trying to get a perfect match with your shopping cart and QuickBooks to sync properly. You could always utilize the mapping feature within eCC to work with product variants. Please visit our community forum, or support location for assistance. We also have a free 15 day trial if you're interested: www.webgility. We could also be reached at: 877-753-5373 ext. 1, if you would like to speak with somebody.

Thanks,

Webgility
