Insert Page Anchor (Click page top) doesn't works

I add a page anchor called "pagetop" on the top of the page and insert a link for clicking go to page top, it doesn't work.

The system just take you to the home page.

E.G.

I click the "Go to Page Top" on the following page:
http://www.mywebsite.com/index.php?rout ... ry&path=36

the System take me to the home page -> www.mywebsite.com/#pagetop

I have no idea why the system can't recognize the URL http://www.mywebsite.com/index.php?rout ... 36#pagetop

Well a fake site isn't going to help us
