I am running FedEx live rates (from Q) with OpenCart 1.4.9.6. I believe it is the latest version of the FedEx module (at least according to the history log). Now since some time (I don't know for how long time exactly, but I guess 1 or 2 weeks) it doesn't work anymore and it displays the error below.

Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in

FedEx live rates was "officially" canceled by FedEx back in May 2011. I'm surprised they left it up this long but it looks like they finally shut their old server down. It was replaced by their NEW API which I've created a module for it here:
http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... on_id=2055

Unfortunately, since it was a brand new API, I had to build the new extension from scratch, so it is not eligible for free upgrade.

A related question: the rates I'm getting for a client for Fedex Ground do not match the quotes generated by the Fedex website. I've checked the weight and package size, and can't think of any reason why they would differ. Any suggestions, Q?

If you can send over exactly what you are using for dimensions and weight I can try to reproduce it. Or if you can enable the debug log and send that over. It's really all there in the xml for what I send and what they send back. So I can see if there is something not sending right, but I've been down this question a few times and I too have see differences on what FedEx.com shows vs their XML rates, even tho the fields all match.

I can try to email them and ask them why this can happen.

I changed their drop off type to "Request Carrier", which seemed to put the rates more in line. They're not exact, but with the cost padding I got it close enough. I'll let you know if the client complains further. Thanks
