[vQmod] Remove Reward Points on Shopping Cart Page - 1.5.2.1

This is the simplest mod that literally comments out the 'Enter reward points to use' box on the shopping cart page.

This still shows even if you have uninstalled Reward Points from - Extensions>Order Totals>Reward Points

Works on OPENCART Ver 1.5.2.1
