Manufacturer not found

Steps:
1. Select one manufacturer --> The following message is displayed: "Manufacturer not found".
2. Browse urls_alias table --> There are more than one manufacturer_id's for that specific manufacturer
(see attached images)

Comments:
This bug is not reproducible for all my manufacturers and I think it may be related to the previous one posted here.

How to fix:
I deleted the invalid records, the ones with manufacturer_id = 0.

I forget to mention: this was reproduce on 1.3.0 clean install.
