SERVER ERROR!! ERROR 500

After doing backup and activating the option that notifies to me whenever a client makes a purchase, it gave east error me and it does not allow me to enter the administrator nor to see the page. That I can make and not lose all the changes that I have done?

NOTA: I UPLOAD THE FILE (ADMIND) AND THE WEB SITE IS RUNNING NOW!!

My guess is that you're on a shared hosting server, and the serverload got too high.

You get these problems with shared hosting servers, and hosting companies putting too many users on one server.
