Free Shipping appearing below total setting

Hello,

I have a store where Free Shipping kicks in at £45.00
I have completed modifications as per forum topics state for Flat Rate Shipping to be removed if shopping cart reaches £45.

However, any orders under £45, Flat Rate Shipping Applies, but the Free Shipping Selection is also show.

Any ideas folks?

It shouldn't be appearing if you've set the "Total" setting to 45.00 in the Free Shipping settings. What version are you using?
