Order Totals

I have decided to remove order totals. The only other shopping carts I know of that use order total modules are oscommerce and zen-cart.

I need to know of all the possible order totals you could possible want?

Example:

Low Order Fee or Handling Fee

Sub-Total
Shipping
Coupon
Tax
Total

Daniel,

I assume the shipping and and coupon may or may not include any sales taxes. Also, in some places, there may be multiple taxes from what I have heard.

A Rush Fee could be added for a site where the products are hand made.
Rush Fee = 25% or some editable amount of total order.

This is a win-win for production people and it makes rushing to market billable.

I second the rush order option.

We custom design and print our orders, often our customers need things quickly before race day or a big event. This would be a cool option to have on the order page. Either fixed or %.
