Finding the sidebar

Hey,

I have managed to alter the styles of the open cart template to match it to my exisitng website. But i cant find how to edit the side bar?

Where is the code for this so i can add some text to it?

The sidebars are made up of modules
Depending on what you want to add, you do it differently. What are you wanting to add? static links & text? You can either create your own "text" module or use an existing boxes tpl file to add some static text.

If you look on the right, the sidebar currently shows a number of things such as the shopping cart, currency converter, best sellers etc..

I have looked in /catalog/view/theme/default/template/module...

It has the following files:-

• bestseller
• cart
• category
• currency
• information
• manufacturer

Now these are all tpl files. So if i was to add another one and add static text and call it say basket.tpl would it appear in the side column?
