how to change the maintenance mode- design?(not the message)

Hey guys,

i need to change the design of the maintenance mode.

if i activate it, there is the maintenance message instead of the slideshow.

but i don't want the message. i need the slideshow to be displayed.

where can i change this?

i only need the maintenance mode to deactivate the navigation on the page.

and is it possible to activate to "about us"- link in maintenance mode?

if you're familiar with php, you just need to use
$this->config->get('config_maintenance')
in an if statement to show the navigation if it's false (you'll need to negate the if statement)
