Directory Permissions Help Required

Hi all,

firstly what a great site.

I am new to all this but learning fast!

I have installed the files to my server and when i went to the insallation screen i recieved the following messages stopping me going any further.

4. Please make sure you have set the correct permissions on the directories list below.

Directories Status
/home/littlest/public_html/online-stationery/cache/ Unwritable
/home/littlest/public_html/online-stationery/image/ Unwritable
/home/littlest/public_html/online-stationery/image/cache/ Unwritable
/home/littlest/public_html/online-stationery/download/ Unwritable

is this somthing i need to speak to my hosting company about?

Any help much appreciated.

use your ftp and right click on the files and change the chmod

i downloaded WS FTp as i coudlnt change the permissions using Dreamweaver FTP.
