Installation problem

Hey guys,

Just downloaded then upload OpenCart and got to the admin screen for the front-end installation part but now I'm baffled. It's saying:

"Warning: config.php needs to be writable for OpenCart to be installed!"

however further down the page it says:

"/home/www/*****.com/OOOCCCC/config.php Writable
/home/www/*****.com/OOOCCCC/admin/config.php Writable" and I checked the permissions in my FTP and they're fine? Any ideas?

It's fine, I've sorted it now. I switched servers. I love this cart! Is it possible to have a flash banner?
