[vQmod] Fix report on sales bugs

1. fixes some results on !is_null should be !empty
2. fixes bug where 2012/01 wouldnt be sorted right (see pic)

The sorting doesn't look quite right.. are you sorting by ASC? By default it should be DESC. This was fixed recently to be chronologically dated (DESC) here:
