can anyone code in a little fee option in the paypal addon
basicly just a field that we can put a amount in and add that amount to the price when check out to counter the fee that paypal takes

like say
Paypal (+8% or $10)
Bank Transfer (+ $0)
Cash On Delivery (+ $10)
