I am trying to change the text which says " Add Comments About Your Order " on the delivery information page above the Text Box to say " Specify Size "
Can you help me to locate the file which has this text.

Change the variable for
$_['text_comments'] = 'Add Comments About Your Order';
to
$_['text_comments'] = 'Specify Size';
Change the variable for
