Import/Export Error

I have seen several post regarding import/export issues but I could not find any like this one. My apologies if I overlooked it but I have to get this resolved.

I was testing the Import/Export function on a test site located on my local server and everything worked fine. Today, I had Opencart installed with Siteground hosting and when I tried to use the import/export, I received a fatal error message in my browser. I receive a message for both import and export..

Export Error
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'Spreadsheet/Excel/Writer.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php52/pear') in /home/dfwpm464/public_html/dfwpm/admin/model/tool/export.php on line 2303

Import Error:
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/PHPExcel.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php52/pear') in /home/dfwpm464/public_html/dfwpm/admin/model/tool/export.php on line 1578

This is the same file that works fine on my local install so I know that the file is not the problem.
