attachment of mail order not show in mail costumer?

hi
i use oc 1.5.1.3.1

in mail in order costumer one file is attachment in mail with the name

1bb87d41d15fe27b500a4bfcde01bb0e

and i should say its the logo of store when i download it and add .png

how can i solve it?
