Images problem after upgrade

i have upgraded from 1.2.9 to 1.3.0.Lot's of headache.Now after uploaded the images folder, i get this: Warning: imagedestroy(): supplied argument is not a valid Image resource in /home/wholelif/public_html/system/library/image.php on line 50
Basically the images are not showing up.I have checked the thumbnail in products and they are there. any ideas?

this is very easy to fix.

i posted this solution 4 timnes now.

goto your admin settings and add the image sizes.

Thanks.It worked.I don't know how i missed it.
I now have a new problem:
Error: Could not load model payment/paypal
This is happening when checking out.Help!

i reanmed paypal to pp_standard.

open your db manager and remove the paypal entry from the extension manager.

Please bear with me but- where is the extension manager? and db manager. i use cpanel for back office.

It's OK.I have sorted it.For all those looking for db manager, it's in phpmyadmin in control panel.
