Discount price - Regular price incorrect at checkout

Minor issue..

On the product page, the prices are correct
Regular price = $12.99 (font red, strikethrough)
Discount price = $4.99

At checkout, the regular price is incorrect
Regular price = $4.99 instead of $12.99(font red, strikethrough)
Discount price = $4.99
