my version is 1.5.1.3 and follow below steps to insert Chinese Language. Is shown English & Chinese Icon on the website (store front).
However, after i click on the Chinese Icon, is totally blank at all.
Language Name: Chinese
Code: cn
Locale: zh,zh-hk,zh-cn,zh-cn.UTF-8,cn-gb,chinese
Image: cn.png
Directory: chinese
Filename: chinese
Status: Enabled
Please advise how to fix it so that i can view in Chinese as well ?

Please make sure you have copy files to the right direction.
Check the language folder catalog\language\ if you have English and Chinese in.
