Using UPS & USPS Will not go to Delivery Method

I have both UPS and USPS installed and setup (and tested) on my server. If I enable just one or the other, I can get a quote from either shipping method and process the order. However if I have both enabled it hangs on Delivery Details.

Version 1.5.1.3
I am trying to use UPS and USPS.
