Tabs is seo friendly?

Hi,
I add a new field tab after description (in product) which called receipes.
My question is if this is seo friendly or it is unsearchable from the google?
I ask this because i realize that when i press the tab receipes, then the address in the browser didn't change.

It should be searchable by Google.
